   • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   • Customized or special-order items.
   • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. Refund Process
   • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or defective.
